  • Business registration number (ABN / Company Number)

  • Physical address and store coordinates (Latitude/Longitude)

  • Business contact details (Phone, Email, Website)

3.2 Responsible Person Information

  • Full name and role/title

  • Personal contact phone and email

3.3 Account Information

  • Email address and account/subscription status

  • Encrypted password (processed via secure authentication providers)

3.4 Transaction & Voucher Data

  • Voucher creation details and quantity settings

  • Redemption history, timestamps, and QR scan verification logs

3.5 Device & Technical Data

  • Device type, operating system, and App version

  • IP address, crash logs, and usage analytics
